Clear terms for using Nydoren.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your creation or use of a Nydoren account, installation of a Nydoren client, purchase of access, and use of related features or support channels (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, confirming a purchase, or using the Service after these Terms are presented to you, you agree to them.

The Privacy Policy is a notice explaining how personal data is handled. It is not a contract that you accept merely by visiting the site, and consent to a particular use of data will be requested separately where the law requires it.

If you use Nydoren for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Protect your password, recovery codes, connected accounts, devices, and active sessions.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
• Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you may use the Service only with that permission.

Nydoren provides software for configuring and managing supported Hero Zero automation routines. Features, supported platforms, account limits, online-slot limits, and availability may differ by plan and may change as the Service develops.

Nydoren is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hero Zero or its publisher. Hero Zero and other third-party services may change without notice, which can interrupt or limit Nydoren features.

Automation may conflict with the rules, policies, or technical controls of a third-party game. Use of Nydoren may lead to warnings, restrictions, loss of progress, suspension, or permanent loss of a game account.

You are responsible for deciding whether to connect an account and for complying with the rules that apply to it. Nydoren does not guarantee that automation is permitted, undetectable, uninterrupted, or free from account consequences.

You may not:

• use Nydoren for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
• attack, probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security, access, payment, or plan controls;
• access another person’s account, data, or connected game account without permission;
• introduce malware or use the Service to distribute harmful material;
• resell, sublicense, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service except with our written permission;
• reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• use Nydoren in a way that materially harms the Service, its users, or third parties.

The checkout or order screen will show the selected plan, online-slot capacity, billing period, total price, taxes or charges where applicable, and whether access renews automatically. Review that information before confirming an order.

Paid access begins only after payment is confirmed. If a plan is described as recurring, it continues until cancelled according to the instructions shown in your account or at purchase. A non-renewing pass ends when its stated access period expires.

We may change future prices or plan contents. A change will not retroactively alter a completed non-renewing purchase. For recurring access, any change will be communicated and take effect as required by applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Nydoren and its original software, design, branding, documentation, and site content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain rights in content and information you lawfully provide. You give us only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that material for operating, securing, and supporting the Service.

We work to keep Nydoren dependable, but maintenance, security incidents, third-party changes, network failures, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt the Service. Features may be updated, replaced, or retired when necessary for security, legality, compatibility, or product quality.

Where consumer law applies to an ongoing paid digital service, a modification beyond what is necessary to keep the Service conforming will be made only for a valid reason described above and without additional cost. If such a change has more than a minor negative effect on access or use, we will provide clear, reasonably advance notice on a durable medium where required, including the nature and timing of the change and any right to end the affected contract without charge. Where available, we may instead allow continued access to a conforming version without the change.

These commitments do not limit any statutory remedy for a digital service that is not supplied as agreed.

To the extent permitted by law, Nydoren is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or accepted by a third-party game. You should protect important account information and make independent decisions about automation settings.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, third-party game action, loss caused by unauthorised account use that you failed to report, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Nydoren at any time and may request account closure. Ending an account does not automatically create a refund where access has already been supplied, but it does not affect a refund or withdrawal right available under applicable law.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate security threats, prevent harm, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue or contact us.

We may update these Terms as Nydoren, the law, or our operating practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect when required by law.
